Refund policy

Unopened


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your wines to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the wines must be in the same condition that you received them - unopened and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at hello@wednesdaysdomaine.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a prepopulated returns label - all you’ll need to do is take the package to your local post office. Please note wines sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded onto your original payment method within 10 business days. We’ll net off the cost of postage and return fee (£4.99).

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@wednesdaysdomaine.com.

Damaged Or Broken


Please contact us immediately if your wines are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong wine. We’ll be more than happy to correct this and resend your order.

Not To Your Taste


We don’t currently offer refunds should the wines not be to your taste. In our experience, wine is incredibly subjective and preferences do vary. Thanks for giving us a go and we look forward to sharing new releases with you in future.
