Our approach to creating magical 6.5% wines begins with organic wines from La Mancha, Central Spain. We gently de-alcoholise a portion of the wines, before blending this with its full strength counterpart to produce liquids that deliver approximately half the calories and half of the alcohol expected from full-strength wines.
