Beginning with a blend of two wines - Airen Blanco and Tempranillo - from the historic La Mancha region of Central Spain, our wines are gently de-alcoholised using the latest technology before being blended with a handful of natural ingredients and held in tank under pressure for a minimum of 24 hours to create their wonderful effervescence.
De-alcoholised wine, rectified concentrated grape must, water, juices from concentrate (elderflower, ginger, lemon), carbon dioxide, stabiliser (E456), preservative (E242). Contains sulphites
